One of the most common body parts injured at work is the back. According to OSHA, back disorders result from exceeding the capability of the muscles, tendons, discs, or the cumulative effect of reaching while lifting, poor posture and bad body mechanics — how one lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects.
