Dave Osborne

Board Member

Dave is the President of ATG (Advanced Technology Group).

As a Construction Engineering Management graduate from Oregon State University, Dave went to work for Charles Pankow Builders in Southern California, a company that took him around the United States, including New York, Hawaii, Los Angeles and San Diego. Upon returning to Oregon, Dave began working in the high-tech field for Skanska (formerly Baugh), with roles ranging from Project Manager to Senior Vice President. After 18 years at Skanska, Dave joined ATG (Advanced Technology Group) where he has served as the President since 2011.

Dave's current and past activities include: Past Board of Director of the Association for Corporate Growth, Founding President of GPCP (Greater Portland Construction Partnership), Board member of SafeBuild Alliance, Past PCC Construction Advisory Member and Chairman of the PCC Golf Foundation.
