Kelly is Vice President of General Sheet Metal - a commercial and industrial HVAC and architectural sheet metal fabricator and installer in Clackamas, Oregon.

With over 35 years in the construction industry and a passion for safety, Kelly has functioned in diverse roles and capacities, managing small specialty projects to multi-million dollar solar, semiconductor and petro-chemical projects.
Originating from the sheet metal trade, in addition to completing a 5-year apprenticeship, Kelly has attended several area colleges, as well as, trade and industry training and technical schools, including LCC, PCC and The Ohio State University. Kelly served as an adjunct faculty member for Portland and Mount Hood community colleges for 7 years, while an instructor for the apprenticeship program. Kelly is former Chairman of the Sheet Metal Worker's Local 16 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and Training Trust. Kelly is a charter member and past president of SafeBuild Alliance, currently serves on the Board of Directors and several committees.
Kelly lives in Beavercreek, Oregon with his wife Julie and two daughters, and enjoys family, friends and getting his hands (gloves of course) dirty.
