Adam Kriss

Adam Kriss is Director of Sales & Business Development at General Sheet Metal. With more than 25 years in the mechanical contracting industry, Adam leads GSM’s estimating and business development efforts for mechanical and architectural work and brings deep expertise in preconstruction, BIM/virtual design, and project coordination. A journeyman through a five-year apprenticeship and a longtime instructor of AutoCAD and Navisworks at the Sheet Metal Training Center, Adam combines hands-on trade experience with modern digital workflows. He is passionate about transforming safety culture in construction — advocating for practical, field-driven safety practices, mentorship across the industry, and stronger connection between leadership and the jobsite. Adam’s systematic, collaborative approach helps teams plan, communicate and deliver safer, higher-quality work.
