Eric Sprague

Eric Sprague is a Project Executive at Andersen Construction, where he has spent the past 20 years delivering complex projects across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. His experience spans the Healthcare, Multifamily Housing, and K-12 markets, where he is known for building strong teams and trusted client relationships. Eric is deeply passionate about team health, the development of individuals, and fostering long-term partnerships within the construction industry. An Oregon native, Eric earned a degree in Construction Engineering Management and Business from Oregon State University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, camping, and coaching his kids’ sports teams.
