Kelly Kupcak is the Executive Director of Oregon Tradeswomen.

Kelly Kupcak is the Executive Director of Oregon Tradeswomen, a nonprofit founded in 1989 which is dedicated to promoting success for women in the trades through education, leadership and mentoring. She has been working as an advocate for women in the skilled trades and construction sector since 2003.

She fundamentally believes that economic equity and gender inclusion are critical to building strong women, strong families and strong communities, and is committed to our industry and community partners to support access, opportunity, and equity for women and other under-represented communities in the skilled trades.

Kelly proudly serves on a number of industry and social justice boards, coalitions, and advisory committees at the local, state and national level, including the National Taskforce on Tradeswomen Issues, the Metropolitan Alliance for Workforce Equity, the Columbia Willamette Workforce Collaborative, Oregon Healthy Workforce Center, Labor’s Community Service Agency, the Labor Education Research Center and the AGC Workforce Committee.
