Ross Malikowski is the Sr. Project Manager LEED AP for Performance Contracting, Inc.

An outgoing Project Manager & Estimator with 11 years of commercial construction experience in specialized subcontracting. Offers diverse experience in estimating, field supervision, and project management while coordinating directly with general contractors. A highly motivated team player with “Lean Construction” problem solving strategies and a can-do attitude who values building on-going customer relationships.

Attended North Dakota State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead. A Minnesota native with a love for the outdoors including hiking, kayaking, surfing, snow boarding, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
