 This year, our annual Transparency in Innovations meeting focused on employee engagement. To share effective methods and strategies, we were joined by an excellent panel, including:

• David Stanton with the Port of Portland and Kathryn Prus with Skanska to discuss employee engagement at the PDX Airport Terminal Project,
• Adam Kriss to share General Sheet Metal's employee engagement practices,
• Rick McMurry on P&C Construction's Safety Advisory Council, and 
• Jim Mahar with Andersen discussing their shift to a 4-day work week
