Address the Stress: Mental Health Support for You and Your Teams

Please join us as we kick off Safety Week 2025 at the Oregon Zoo Education Center!

Mandi Kime with AGC of Washington will speak about why mental health is a workplace issue, share current data related to mental health in the workplace, and provide ways for you to engage locally and nationally with task forces on this important issue.

Mandi will share proven methods for the workplace along with insights on personal coping and resilience strategies. Attendees will receive a large library of free and open-source resources to deploy within their organizations.

Our Presenter

Mandi Kime, AGC of Washington

Mandi is a Central Washington University alumnus of the Safety and Health Management program and currently serves as the Director of Safety for AGC of Washington. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language and a master’s degree in Safety & Health Management. Mandi has published a thesis and an employer best practice guide on mental health interventions in construction and co-authored the AGC Culture of CARE program. With 20 years of experience in AGC’s safety department, Mandi has been instrumental in helping members with safety programming.

Mandi currently co-chairs two AGC of America committees: Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, and the Chapter Safety Leadership Committee. She enjoys camping and traveling with her family, including her 17-year-old daughter and 12-year-old triplets. Mandi was the only safety professional selected by Construction Business Owner for the 2019 class of Top 20 Outstanding Women in Construction from 200 nominees and was featured in their November 2019 issue.
