Recap of our 2023 Field Leadership Roundtable meeting at McMenamins Kennedy School

March 15th marked our first SafeBuild Alliance Field Leadership Roundtable event. This meeting brought together field superintendents, foremen, and crew leaders from across the trades to share common concerns, challenges, and best practices to enhance safety culture and familiarize field leaders with SafeBuild Alliance. 

Ahead of the meeting, we surveyed a large numer of field leaders to determine important topics, to gain a better sense of challenges and opportunities, and to obtain their feedback on what is relevant and important in their jobs as it relates to safety. In all, more than 85 field leaders participated in our event and enjoyed networking opportunities with each other and our board before and after the meeting.
